Price of Driving Course

Depending on your preference, each school will have a rate for driving course. However, LTO has recently mandated these schools to follow the standard rates for driving lessons.

The driving school tuition fee in the Philippines starts from Php 3,500 to Php 5,000 as prescribed by the LTO to be the maximum rates for packages.

Motorcycle Driving Lesson Fee

  • TDC Tuition Fee – Php 1,000
  • PDC Tuition Fee – Php 2,500

Light Vehicle Driving Lesson Fee

Here is the list of driving lesson tuition fee for 4-wheel vehicles:

  • TDC Tuition Fee – Php 1,000
  • PDC Tuition Fee – Php 4,000

Requirements For Driver License

Before you can apply for a driver’s license, the initial requirement of LTO are the following:

  • 15 hours theoretical driving course (TDC)
  • 8 hours practical driving course (PDC)
  • Motorcycle riding course (MRC) – For those who want to get started with motorcycles

Teaching Modes

Some driving schools may offer classroom or online teaching for TDC. You may enroll in any of these modes.
